A graduate of Texas Christian University, Albert started his career in human resources after a decade in the fitness industry. With extensive management and sales experience, Albert is excited to translate those skills as a healthcare recruiter for Ironside. Under the guidance of Kara and Doug Carter, as well as Sarah Foutz, he has learned a great deal about the healthcare field.
A graduate of Rhode Island College, Doug began his career with Honeywell as a finance professional and consultant before transferring to the staffing vertical. Doug began his staffing career with Robert Half and Accountemps back in 1996. Since then he has held management and leadership roles with other staffing firms and help to start a new vertical at one of the larger healthcare recruitment firms before starting his own firm in 2011.
Sarah is currently a Communications Major looking to broaden her interpersonal communication skills in the recruiting business. Striving to get into a new field after years in the restaurant industry, Sarah began working for Ironside in 2016 as a new recruitment addition to the team. Under the direction of Kara and Doug, Sarah has now been trained on the key components of recruiting and loves her new field of business.
A graduate of Schreiner University, Kara began her career in human resources in the hotel industry. After a year she moved to the architecture industry working for one of the nations largest firms. Kara spent ten years moving her way up to Human Resources Associate for 1,200 employees. Kara joined Ironside Human Resources in 2012 and is responsible for the day to day operations of recruiting.
A Finance graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, Manny has acquired extensive sales experience through out his career. While in college he worked for the health care industry and upon graduating he was employed as a Loan Originator. Manny is now excited to bring his talents back to the health care industry and with Ironside is eager to learn everything about human resources.
A graduate of Texas Tech University, Stacy spent her early years in the service industry, followed by an extensive career in education, focusing mainly on the deaf and hard of hearing population. She loves her new role as a recruiter with Ironside and brings a dynamic skill set that has helped her transition into the healthcare field. She is highly focused on pleasing both her clients and candidates and strives to achieve success on all levels. Away from the office Stacy spends her time caring for children as a foster parent.
