I have been working with several recruiters from Ironside over the course of the last 5 months, on two difficult roles to fill. While the candidate pool has been a limiting factor for us, Kimberly Marshall, who recently took our account over in the last 40 days has made huge strides in finding us an appropriate candidate who we hired in approximately 30 days, for a coveted Technician position we needed quickly.
I have found Kimberly to be engaged, responsive and easy to work with as we continue to look for the ever-elusive Registered Nurse positions for a small, rural hospital. She has been very resourceful in her search and follow-up with the candidates she locates and shares on our behalf, so we always know what their status is – almost on a daily basis.
In addition, Kimberly has also worked with me on the entire hiring process so that the candidate is also given her full support and attention. As a hospital, we must perform several tests/exams for all prospective employees, which can slow our on-boarding process down by several days. While we do let the candidates know this, it is often a very anxious period of time for them to wait for these results to come back to us so we can clear them to start.
